American Grindhouse

American Grindhouse documents the hidden history of American Exploitation Films. Really cool movie, especially if all you know about Grindhouse films is the Tarantino/Rodriguez double feature. Watch it and learn something.
Movie trailer for the fictitious adult film “Barn Swallow”* that Dave and I made a few years ago in Hollywood. It was eventually featured in the Channel 101 show “Burnt Rubber,” which unfortunately never made it to Prime Time. We shot it using Hunter’s old VHS camera that he purchased for $100 on ebay. I think it “enhanced” the production value tenfold.
*I was frequenting Quentin Tarantino’s “Grindhouse Festival” at the New Beverly Cinema at the time of this production. My newfound love of Don Edmonds’ “Bare Knuckles” heavily influenced the creation of “Burnt Rubber.”
